Promotional Signage and Point of Purchase Displays

Retailers are constantly changing their sales floors to reflect the seasons, highlight new product and promote items that are going on sale.  Showpiece supports these retailers in their green efforts by providing recycled/recyclable materials which makes for more responsible use of materials when stores have the inevitable turnover in signage throughout the year.

We have developed an Economical and Eco-friendly product line to encourage our clients to go green on a larger scale.  Our Eco-Eco^tmproduct line offers large organizations and retailers a lower price point option geared towards the bulk purchase of promotional signage and temporary displays while still maintaining their environmental integrity as well as their marketing budgets.

LEED supported “IEQ” packages

More and more private companies and municipalities are mandating that new construction be LEED certified. The United States Green Building Council (USGBC) has developed a set of guidelines, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), in an effort to provide a national standard for green building design. The pilot version of these guidelines was introduced in 2000 and has continually been expanded and revised. The current version for LEED New Construction and Major Renovation is Version 2.1. Standards also exist that specifically target Commercial Interiors, Core and Shell, Existing Buildings, and Residential Buildings.

One of the categories to accrue LEED points is Indoor Environmental Quality.  Showpiece is currently creating various IEQ packages that are a measurable contribution towards LEED certification.  The components of each package will dictate the number of LEED points awarded.  For example: a Showpiece IEQ Package that includes signage, flooring and paint will garner more points than a package with signage only.

Eco•Eco™ Materials
	GreenCore GreenCore is an environmentally friendly substrate material made from Forest Stewardship Council Certified (FSC) wood, flax and linseed oil, and ferrous oxide (iron). It is available in 1/8" and 1/4" 4' x 8' sheets in double-sided white, one side white/one side natural, and double-sided natural. GreenCore can be used for most applications currently utilizing Sintra, which contains PVC.
	Eco-NF Graphic Material The Eco-NF graphic material is completely free of nylon and is 100% recyclable. Printed with dye-based inks, this graphic option is ideal for Banner Graphics.
	Eco-Poly Graphic Media The Eco-Poly graphic media is a made from 100% recycled plastics. Eco-Poly is ideal for photomurals and detachable graphics.
